About Our Delivery Date and Special Service

We are a small guitar custom shop, because of the limited staff, material, and space, we can't prepare enough stocks for every guitar. We feel really sorry for that, but we can guarantee that each guitar you will receive is fresh out of the oven, without any ravages of time. Besides, in order to shorten the project, we prepare enough semi-finished products for each kind of guitar, so every guitar purchased from our shop will be shipped within 7-9 working days after receipt of your payment. We are sorry for the inconveniance. Based on this point, we will provide the following free services:

1, You can change the color of your guitar, free of charge

2, You can change the color of accessories, free of charge

3, We can design your favorite logo for you, free of charge

4, You can change the wood of fingerboard, free of charge (Only limited to Rosewood and Maple, other wood needs your letter for consultation in advance)

5, You can change the wood of body, free of charge (Only limited to Mahogany and Basswood, other wood needs your letter for consultation in advance)



We can ship worldwide, but the shipping cost to different countries or areas varies from $50 to $170, please email us for details. The delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days.



Payment Method



We support PayPal payment. PayPal is a global e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. It is a safe and mature payment!


If you buy something that never arrives, or if it arrives significantly different from described, you're eligible for a full refund. You can go to Purchase Protection policy, or learn how to open a dispute.


And if you ever see a transaction in your account that you didn't authorize, report it immediately. PayPal will begin an investigation and help you get your money back.


You're protected if:


1. Your order never arrives
All you have to do is log in to your account and open a dispute to get the refund process started.


2. Your order arrives, but it's significantly different from it was described


There are a variety of scenarios that meet this condition, for instance:


    a. You received a completely different item.
    Example: You purchased a guitar, but received a DVD.


    b. The item's condition was misrepresented.
    Example: The listing said new but the item had clearly been used.


    c. The item is missing parts or features, and this was not disclosed.
    Example: The listing said batteries included - but they weren't.


    d. You purchased a specific quantity of an item - but received the wrong amount.
    Example: You purchased five pairs of fuzzy dice, but only received four.


    e. The item was damaged en route to its destination.
    Example: You bought a beautiful antique lamp - and it arrived in pieces.


3. You were charged for something you didn't purchase, and you report it immediately
This may mean someone has used your PayPal account without authorization. As long as you report it within 60 days, PayPal will launch an investigation and you will be covered by our $0 Liability for Eligible Unauthorized Transactions program.
